Membership
Register
Creating an account is free. Benefits include:
- Profile information pre-populates appropriate fields
- Preferences can be set
- Available updates to products purchased can be downloaded from the My Products
page
To create an account click Register:
- Enter your email address
- Enter a password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm the password
- Enter the Captcha code
- Click Create Account
The account is created but not activated. An email
is sent to the address specified that contains an activation Url. Click on the Url
to activate your account and then Sign In.
Sign In
Once an account has been created and activated, Sign In:
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Optionally click the "Remember me next time" box
Once you have signed in your email address will appear at the top right of the page
along with your My Account and Sign Out links.
Forgot Your Password?
The Sign In page also presents a "Forgot Your Password?" link. If you forgot your
password click the link to
access the Password Recovery page:
- Enter your email address
- Enter the Captcha code
- Click Submit
Your password will be changed to a temporary one, which is emailed to you. Sign In with the password you received
and change your password to a password you created by using the Change Password link on the
My Account page (as described
below).
Sign Out
Once you have Signed In, the Sign Out link appears at the top right of the page. Click the
link to Sign Out.
My Account
The My Account page is your home page for managing your membership information and
accessing services available to members.
Personal
My Profile
Including profile information on the My Profile page is optional.
However, if provided the site uses the information to pre-populate fields where
appropriate, such as the buyer information required on a purchase page.
My Preferences
Preferences include:
- Pre-populating appropriate fields with Profile information (default true)
- Email notification of updates available for products purchased (default
true)
Account Services
Change Password
To change your password:
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm your new password
- Click Change Password
Your password will be changed and a confirmation email will be sent to your email
address.
Change Email
To change your email:
- Enter your new email address
- Re-enter your password
- Click Save
Your email address will be changed and a confirmation email will be sent to both
your old and new email address.
Delete Account
To delete your account:
- Re-enter your password
- Click Delete Account
Your account will be deleted and a confirmation email will be sent to your email
address.
Product Services
My Products
The My Products page lists all products you have purchased:
- The latest product version or update (within 1 year of purchase) may be downloaded
by clicking the Download button
- The reference number for each purchase is displayed
