The fictional term Winthusiasm™ infers an implementation bias towards several recent Microsoft technologies, most notably versions 2.0 or higher of the .NET Framework and ASP.NET.

Practically speaking, the term serves both as a .NET namespace for the technical solutions developed, and as the name for the .NET technology company behind those solutions.
